Chuck Peeples
Previously he spent 35 years in the power generation industry, working as an operator, service technician and finally Sr. Power station technician and Inspector. He retired in 2019 to devote his time and work experience to Midwest Pathogend Services, the company he and his partner Chris started in 2018. He is now focused on building the two businesses with state-of-the-art equipment, well-trained staff and attention to detail. Away from business, he enjoys ranching, the outdoors and motorcycle riding.

Jessica Steadman
MWP Cleaning Services Manager with over 5 years’ experience. Before this, she spent many years in the cleaning industry both privately and corporately, honing her skills and knowledge. After working as a technician with Midwest Pathogend Services for 3 years she was the perfect fit to manage MWP cleaning. Her experience, training, and certifications coupled with her courteous and professional attention to the clientele has been a major reason for the growth of the company. While away, she enjoys church, her family and gardening.
Administrative Assistant / Decontamination Manager
Ashley Philkoff
Joining the company since its early days in 2019, Ashley has worked as an entry level technician, lead technician and now manager as well as handling many of the administrative duties. She has 6 years of experience in the commercial disinfection and healthcare decontamination field and holds an ISSA certification while doing so. Eager to further the business, she holds an IICRC cleaning certification after the opening of MWP Cleaning Services in 2020. While she enjoys her job, she spends most days fishing, furthering her education in her field and traveling.
Technician level II and housekeeper with Midwest Pathogend Services
Autumn Caron
Technician level II and housekeeper with Midwest Pathogend Services for 3 years. Autumn holds a GBAC certification in commercial disinfection while also training other technicians to complete daily tasks. Previously, Autumn worked in the housekeeping industry and was applauded for her meticulous attention to detail and communications. In her spare time, she loves to garden, shop, and attend church.

Brian Tarpalechee
Technician level II and housekeeper with MWP cleaning services with 3 years of experience. Brian has completed courses in the GBAC certification program to further his interest in performing residential and commercial disinfection. He adapts well to any change in his workload and is a pleasant team member. Away from his job Brian enjoys exercising, sports and traveling.

Selene Cordova
Assistant Manager for MWP cleaning services for 1.5 years. Before working for MWP, Selene carried her own cleaning company and was known for her quality of work and organization skills. Selene’s leadership has been an asset to the incline of work MWP Cleaning Services has seen. While away from her work Selene enjoys embracing time with her friends, spending time with her family, and journeying.

Mayte Bermudez
Housekeeper, and quality control manager for MWP cleaning services, with 1.5 years’ experience. Previously, she spent time working as an accounting assistant and a server. Mayte flourishes while completing her daily tasks and gladly takes the lead while on the job site. While in her new position as QC, she has shown her care for client’s properties as well as their overall happiness within our business.
